At Trocaire, student safety and security is a priority. Maintaining a safe campus environment—and being prepared for unexpected situations —involves cooperation from the entire Trocaire community.

To help our students stay connected with our faculty, receive important campus news and immediately receive emergency updates, we offer several resources. We’ve compiled this list of ways to stay updated with the latest from Trocaire, and hope that these tools allow you to communicate with us as well.

1). Connect with MyTrocaire.

Students -The  website allows you to stay up-to-date on campus news, events, and access helpful student service resources, while providing easy access to the Student Portal, Blackboard LMS, and Trocaire email. Useas your portal to access Trocaire platforms.

2). Emergency Notification System (ENS)

Are you ready for Campus Winter Weather Closings?

In an effort to improve emergency response procedures, Ģý uses a campus Emergency Notification System (ENS) which allows the sending of time-sensitive emergency notifications via voice mail, e-mail and text messaging. The Finalsite Alert system allows the College to reach the Trocaire community with information during unforeseen events or emergencies.  School closings due to inclement weather will also activate the notification system.  Your information is held with the strictest confidence – it will not be used for any other purpose.

The emergency notification system database contains the contact information you have provided to the college. We encourage you to keep your contact information up to date by following the instructions below.

Instructions

  1. Decide which phone number(s) and/or e-mails you want to use.
  2. Go to  and sign-up or login.

    • Select continue.
    • You will then be prompted for your ID number.
      1. Students – Enter your Student ID. This will be the full 11 characters starting with the letter A on your student ID card or records. You can find your Student ID by logging into the  or by referring to your Student ID card (e.g. A0000012345).
      2. Faculty/staff – enter the last digits of your Employee ID (numbers after the zeros). For example, if your ID is S0000999999, you should enter “999999.” You can find your Employee ID by referring to your Trocaire Employee ID card.
