Six Trocaire Nursing students were recognized in a brief ceremony October 19th for receiving $2,500 scholarships from the KeyBank New York Community Scholarship Trust, a charitable trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As an opportunity college, we strive to support students who may be facing personal or financial challenges in their lives while on the road to a career-oriented education,\u201d Trocaire President Dr. Bassam Deeb said. \u201cScholarships like the ones being presented today by KeyBank are part of that support system. We are thankful for their assistance and encouragement of our students, knowing that they will soon be part of our local healthcare community, helping others in need.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
