Kirisits, CPA <\/strong>was re-elected to chair. She has served on the board since 2019, and also previously served from 2005 \u2013 2014, serving as chair from 2010 \u2013 2013. Kirisits is managing director of Kirisits &amp; Associates, CPAs, PLLC, a full-service public accounting firm providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations. She resides in Lancaster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sean Willett<\/strong> was named vice-chair. As a Trocaire trustee since 2018, he has previously served as chair of the audit and re-engineering sub-committees. Willett is executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Five Star Bank. He lives in Clarence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tracey Maw<\/strong> was re-elected board secretary. With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, she is vice president of assisted living services with RCA Healthcare Management. Maw has served on Trocaire\u2019s board of trustees since 2016 and as secretary since 2020. She lives in Lancaster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Larry Christ<\/strong> was named treasurer. He joined the Trocaire board in 2021. With 35 years of experience in chief executive roles, he is business consultant, executive and owner of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. He is an Orchard Park resident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith a 65-year tradition of making a quality, career-focused education as accessible as possible for our students and preparing them to thrive in in-demand healthcare and technology professions, our board continues to guide based on what is best for our students and our commitment to the community as a private, career-oriented opportunity college,\u201d said Dr. Bassam M.
