Transfer Credit Guide<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter your previously earned college courses into our transfer mapping tool<\/a> to get an early estimate of your standing at Trocaire. Search for your former school then enter the courses you successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that this is just a guide; the final, official transfer credit report is issued upon admission. Remember, you need a ‘C’ or better for credits to count.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Baccalaureate (IB)<\/div>\n <\/i>\n <\/a>\n

Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ recognizes International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and grants a maximum of 30 credit hours for an earned IB Diploma. Academic credit for individual Standard Level or Higher Level examinations, with scores of four or above, will earn three elective course credits per examination.<\/p>\n

Higher Level examinations with scores of five or above, will be evaluated for additional elective credits.<\/p>\n

Students must submit an official IB transcript to receive credit.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n

DANTES Subject Standardization Tests (DSST)<\/div>\n <\/i>\n <\/a>\n

DSST exams are offered through Prometric. Students must earn a score of 400 or above, and submit an official transcript, to receive credit for DSST exams. Please see equivalency table for credit recommendation.<\/p>\n

Military Credit: ACE Military Guide<\/div>\n <\/i>\n <\/a>\n

Credit may be awarded for certain approved educational experiences and training in the armed services.<\/p>\n

Students from the Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy must submit an official Joint Services Transcript (JST) to receive credit.<\/p>\n

How many credits can I transfer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students are required to meet the Academic Residency Requirement by completing a minimum of 25% of the coursework at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ for the program in which the credential is being earned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
