SUMMARY:Phi Theta Kappa Awareness Week
DESCRIPTION:Trocaire is proud to have a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society! \n\n\n\nOur chapter\, Alpha Pi Eta\, will be visible on campus this week to connect with members and interested members to share information on membership as well as other activities to promote student success and scholarship.  \n\n\n\nPTK is an invitation only honor society for students. Students who are eligible have completed 12 credit hours at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 (if in associate’s or bachelor’s degree program)\, or have completed 6 credits at Trocaire with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 (if in certificate programs).  \n\n\n\nStudents who have transferred into Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from another institution where they were inducted into PTK may connect with the PTK advisor to transfer their membership into the Alpha Pi Eta chapter.  \n\n\n\nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:Exercise your civic engagement! Student Life has teamed up with our Library and the League of Women Voters Buffalo chapter for a Voter Registration Event.  \n\n\n\nWith election day coming up in November\, we want to make sure students are current with their voter registration.  \n\n\n\nStop by the table in the Back Foyer or Library to register to vote – or update your voter registration status if you have recently moved or changed your name. Students can also view their voting district and polling place during this time.  \n\n\n\nStudents who participate will earn 20 TroLife Points.
