We would like to invite all accepted students for the New Student Orientation. This event is mandatory for all first-time college students to attend. Failure to attend will result in a hold being reinstated on the student’s account and a mandatory make-up orientation during the first week of classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The in-person Orientation is\u00a0Thursday, August 14, 2025, from\u00a01:00 pm to 4:00 pm on the Choate Campus. We will start this event promptly at\u00a01:00\u00a0pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n First-time students are defined as students entering Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ who have completed either their GED\/TASC, high school, high school with some college credits (I.e. taken college credit while in high school), or have completed a BOCES program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Transfer and other students are welcome to attend; however, their attendance is not required. This is a great opportunity to get to know the campus, walk your schedule, and connect with resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students will be able to connect with potential classmates and current students during this event. There will also be an opportunity to take a campus tour and check out the various classrooms\/lab spaces.
