The Wellness Center offers comprehensive services and programming to promote student success and healthy lifestyle choices. Wellness programming, Health Records, Accessibility Services, & Counseling supports are functionalities under the umbrella of the Wellness Center. In an effort to sustain healthy living, services and programming are offered year-round. Students may also visit the Wellness Center for resources related to physical and emotional well-being, as well as be referred to community-based organizations who can assist them.<\/p>\n

Below is the guide to wellness resources available in the Trocaire\u00a0 Library. The resources include books, eBooks, a few DVDs and a streaming video.\u00a0 The resources are divided into 9 dimensions of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Academic\/Career, Social, Creative, Spiritual, Environmental, Financial, and Intellectual. If you click on the links at the left-hand side of the guide, you will find the available resources for the coordinating dimension.

Student Health & Immunization Records<\/div>\n <\/i>\n <\/a>\n

The Wellness Center has teamed up with\u00a0CastleBranch<\/a>, a secure, web-based platform for submission and management of student health and immunization records. As a Trocaire student, you will have access to CastleBranch\u2019s document tracking system, which allows you to upload and manage all required health records.<\/p>\n

Prior to registering for classes, students must upload all required health and immunization records to their personalized CastleBranch account. For directions on how to upload records, a comprehensive list of required immunization records, or to learn more about health record requirements, please click the \u201cHealth Records\u201d link below.<\/p>\n

Counseling Services and Supports<\/div>\n <\/i>\n <\/a>\n

The goal of Trocaire\u2019s Counseling Services is to provide triage counseling to help students manage current stressors and identify more effective strategies to meet their goals. Students can contact the Wellness Center or the Title IX coordinator to get more information on community resources and referrals.
